When I read of Mr Potter cashing in his shares yesterday I did not attribute anything else to it. Since reading your post I think you are spot on right now. If any other Company was sniffing around HDR, you can bet Mr Potter will know. So as he sold yesterday we can as you say take it that at yesterdays date nobody else is showing an interest.
He is a lucky so and so because the price of oil is down overnight by $2 which will probably result in a mark down across the board when London opens. Guess he got his timing of share sale correct there
