Alright its trigger pulling time. Going to get a base position going here as I think its time to act. I'll do some deep diving and add over the next few months if all goes well. I understand that there is some oil proxy trading going on with it but I think that is a bit of a traditional view of this company that isn't really reflecting the changes that have occurred with their project mix in more recent history. Even in the straight oil proxy case for it staying depressed I don't mind buying at this level of oil prices when the risk of recession is so much lower than it was yesterday.
