    That is why the share price is suffering, it is because of the placement, shareholders don't want to get diluted. They are supposed to be pouring gold now yet they still require capital raising. Seriously it seems like the CEO looked out of his office window one recent morning and thought he needs to upgrade his BMW 2009 20 class to BMW 2010 100 class, a pay raise and a host of other things. Where is all the money going?????
