    whats changed? the same seller who dumped to 10c from 12?

    was it a broker downgrade, sure looks that way on the exits,

    anyway, capitulate all it wants, great op when it flushes out all the stale holders,

    production has began to improve, maybe the next 4-5 years they'll deliver what the last 4 didnt.
