    a 24 hour IP rate doesnt mean from 12pm to 12pm the next day.

    They could do this over 2-3 days and work out the average based on how much oil is mixed with drill fluids pumped down.

    No one is that stupid to drill a horizontal from a vertical well unless there was oil. From a 1.5 mill hole to a 4 mill hole.. come on..
