yes, it reads that way, I thought I had read it somewhere. Possibly may be wrong. No matter, It still looks like they have mineral rights over one of the best grounds there.
I have just found this though in a past announcement, "While already the dominant mineral rights holder in the re-discovered Sundance uranium district".
Maybe the others don't have the mineral rights as yet.
I'll keep looking.
