    Fair enough - but this was the same story that was peddled out to justify what the CR was delayed.

    Maybe, this time around, it could happen but my confidence in anything coming from BOT management is fairly diluted at this stage. It is a trust thing.

    Anything is possible though and I suggest that that thought still will not allow me to "buy in" without real hard evidence.
