It doesn’t work in Qld because the laws of common sense trump the laws of physics. Much nicer to have the breeze blowing through on a hot day through the eave-shaded windows that have expensive double glazed units. The payback on DG would be almost infinite.
Yes, we do run the aircon occasionally, but it’s more on humid days, and the bills still come in under a thousand a year.
