I am not an expert but just a reader on the issue of electric power in the East. We all know that Liddell Power Station has shut. Eraring Power Station (the biggest power station in Australia) (just under 3,000 MW) is potentially shutting August 2025. Speaking to wise men from the East, new renewable projects very unlikely to be able to repalce Eraring. It might be wishful thinking on my part, but new gas projects have to come on line and quickly, if there is any chance of keeping the lights on. Any wise folk out there prepared to back this up?? Role for CVN?
