Welkin this may be a long shot but don't discount PEP11 being given the approval to drill 27kms off the coast of Newcastle.Decision due shortly after they appealed Scomo's decision to cancel the permit before the last federal election. In court the government didn't contest it and the judge agreed Scomo's decision was made with perceived Bias . NOPTA and then the Federal governments decisions are due shortly and the judge has ruled that the decision should be made according to the law .Not trying to give advice but just thought that I should mention this as you were talking about the current East coast gas shortage.
