Well, FMG has not provided business case or upper limit expenditure for FFI so basically blank cheque is what investor signed and this all done without going to AGM atleast Bill shorten went to election so that credit to him ..... IMO.
in a very realistic sense Franking credit is simply unfair free money given to many Australian and as much as I benefit from it I strongly believe it should not have implemented it in first place in my opinion.
