Yes, I do agree AF is a dominant figure. This strength could become a weakness if AF did not surround himself with people like Guy De Belle. I have no evidence that guy was a great believer in Green Hydrogen. But he is now. And he has enormous ability with numbers and seeing strengths and weaknesses in an economy.
The world is committing rapidly to Green Hydrogen replacing fossil fuels as the energizing source of an economy. AF is a prime mover and has a world-wide perspective
