I would take that news article with a grain of salt or anything seeming to push an anti agenda. the likes of bolt.
it seems that doesnt quite align with other sources out there online, and theres definetly info lacking around oz replacements.

in the states as below they are talking around 12k for a replacement battery alone plus fitment and probably other misc costs. i cant see how that would equal the sum in the video. more like 25k which yeah is still crazy but thats in 2022
im sure in 5+ years there will be a whole oem and aftermarket industry supporting this to the point battery replacement isnt much of an issue.
