There's more to getting ore to the port than dump trucks. Add in the drills, dozers, shovels, crushers, reclaimers, etc then add the graders, cranes and the ad nauseum endless list of diesel powered support machinery and you do need your own lithium mine and battery factory as well as twice the number of equipment to have one lot working while the other lot is re-charging. Too many issues to continue here ...
