Dart89, I think you miss understood what I was suggesting and possibly I should have not pressumed the irrigated pastures that I’ve driven past was going to feed lots.
My thought was that instead of growing pasture for whatever use the industry could be growing energy for steel making and syngas.
Thanks for the correction I was not suggesting the water was being used for watering stock.
