Pages 9, 10 & 11 of the report below are instructive. I'd imagine FFI would have a tiered plan in place for when they launch their products but they may be locked in to contractually high prices to begin with to set themselves up as an early mover advantage and to learn what steps need to be taken into account to achieve scale. It will be equally important and interesting to see what capital and how much steps up to the plate.
