Maybe we should spare the brumbies. Technology does exist to mitigate, IP is a terrible vault. Shame technologies are bought to be shelved. There are many problems. Potable water for all a primary concern. Truly a shame the UN hasn't with all it's clout built from the ground up. Rather secured a top down approach. For shame. There is no reason clean potable water for all isn't available, but for the desire of those in control. Geez, even with today's drone armada, water could be delivered to those perishing for thirst the world over. Then food. And shelter. The technology to improve conditions for all exists. But the will of those we promote into power is lacking once imbued with office. 'tis a shame. Hence the reliance on philanthropy to do what our taxes don't.
Rather a hut built of mud than a cardboard box under a bridge, but for cursed regulations.
