I just have an afternoon thought.
Fortescue should just acquire Origin Energy instead of letting Origin being acquired by US consortium. If Fortescue would like to become the Green Energy Provider, then it would be ideal for them to have infrastructure and retail front. Since buying Alinta Energy didn't go through, then purchasing another company of similar business will be advantageous to their growth.
Just a thought.
