I think you're being unbelievably unrealistic or naive.
He's pouring money into hydrogen, not just for fuel but for green steel. He has built a small scale green steel lab to prove the technology and has now announced a larger scale one in the Pilbara and has started a pivot to the ore type that will work best with it.

you can not compare FDR and Andrew's business. FDR made the system, Andrew is working within the boundaries of it. Unless he wants to get into politics he will always be limited by the boundaries of the existing system.
