Don't see much ...er... "transition" in those numbers.
Looks to me a lot more like a case of, as you say, "Drill, baby, drill".
Presided over by the same administration that slapped 100% tariffs on Chinese EVs.
(You'd think, if there was a climate emergency, that the people saying there is a climate emergency would want to make EVs more, not less, affordable.)
