Burning diesel is a nightmare and it will be a very good thing to end that nightmare when the fleet is replaced. But it will not be enough, it will be too late. That is my point, it will not be enough to achieve anything like what is needed. The climate will still be in a dire, worsening state in 2030. Green steel will not be up and running, scope three will still be massive. Sadly, I am unmoved by your enthusiastic optimism. "Magnificent" is not the sort of word I use. I prefer "grim".
