The plutocrats who penned the IRA are the same ones who came into office declaring war on fossil fuels, then subsequently presided over an unprecedented increase in oil and LNG output to record levels and made renewable energy equipment and electric vehicles less affordable through the levying of very significant tariffs.
On that basis, why on earth would any sensible and reasonable person actively seek out what they have to say about anything?
