Sure nuclear energy can be safe, but i dare anyone to promise that 60,000 cargo ships in the world could be converted to nuclear and run by the cheapest crew owners can find, without there being a nuclear catastrophe every year.
Thats why Ammonia is a suitable substance to replace oil, will need new clean emmissions standards, but studies have shown it may save 66,000 premature deaths per year compared to oil.
