My methods have obviously worked for me, however, I'm NOT trying to extrapolate that from the personal to the general,I think everybody has to explore the own methodologies. For me the justification that because the majority employ certain strategies, or because it has always been done this way is dubious.

Madam, you have totally failed to comprehend the point I was suggesting re wars, pandemics etc. I was highlighting the fact that these events are economy and business relevant. Has madam noticed the implications of Russia's brutal invasion of Ukraine for fuel costs? Did madam notice businesses experiencing headwinds emanating from the pandemic?

Spreadsheets are demonstrably, eminently useless in predicting from the sterility of their ivory towers the dirty, filthy realities of the real world. For me, this is a more than significant limitation.

Every body has to obviously, simply find the system that works for them, for you ,madam, the analytical apparently. Your techniques are of zero interest to me.
