One of the many lessons my Kung fu master taught us was "Health is a matter utmost importance, all the rest is secondary." Your running will also most likely greatly benefit your brain health, so you can fully enjoy your Fortescue adventure to the max!

You've also mentioned a number of times that to continue your current lifestyle, you need at least $1.50 p.a. dividend. My opinion is that because of the volatility of IO prices etc, it is wise to maintain a back-up cash emergency fund to cover 2-5 years. Any thoughts on that one, mah? It's a major bummer if you have to sell shares if dividends are slashed because inevitably SPs also crash at the same time. Anyway, I hope the required $1.50 minimum is maintained for you.
