Fortescue had formed a deep strategic partnership with Hyproof prior to this B funding round of $US14 million.

For Fortescue's green ironmaking technology to be scaled at its Christmas Creek Green Iron Commercial Plant it's going to require scalable electrolysers. The recent Hyproof investment makes strategic sense.
