That news is good. Could have a reverse head and shoulders forming on these 30 minute and 4 hour charts, maybe some momentum to 18.0, then a gap back down to 17.0-16.5 before a total breakout.
This is getting a little spicy, especially with all these RSI oversold signals firing; we got as low as 16 (14 period) and haven't been able to push back above 60s yet, and that's supporting a reverse head and shoulder. Come mid/late November, this could be +26%.
