For one crazy moment, I thought the monumental deal-making and merger talk of the past couple of weeks might have satisfied the Splitists insatiable appetite to spin off secctions of our marvellous conglomeration and its inherent synergies.
Sorry,unsurprisingly, I beg to differ. In fact I'd go so far to say thems fightin words. I firmly believe by having FE and all its components on board make us a more attractive partner for, as Tony and I have fantasised, the likes of Leibherr, as with the case of Williams (now FZ). Multiplier effects all over the joint.
We'll probably have to agree to differ on this one, but it's good to have the brain cells challenged, so thankyou, Wes
