green hydrogen is feasible only when the cost of green electricity is well under 10c per kwh.
It has taken decades for solar to come down to those prices. That is the reason green hydrogen has not been used until now
for example, if you had a the major truck highways across Australia setup for hydrogen, with hydrogen production on site at service station, with local solar farms providing off grid power, it would be cheaper than diesel by a long shot!
technology will improve, it will get there...
