sure, some projects have been cancelled, but many many more are still going ahead, just like mining only the best resources will be developed. China is producing more and more every year, far from being withdrawn.
I don't see a problem with distribution from factory to end user..... Califonia uses dedicated trucks, China is using long distance pipes, Europe is looking at new & existing pipelines, Twiggy is looking at ammonia conversion for seaborne transit. They all work.
