Okay, when you said "rolled out" I incorrectly assumed you meant "commissioned" and not "started construction". I think most readers of your post would have made the mistake. Good we have made that clear now.
However, you quoted this number as support for asserting that China is not "emphasising clean, low-carbon energy" when a deeper analysis shows that they absolutely are. This was the purpose of my response.
Selective quoting of facts and subtly misrepresenting them does not allow for a balanced discussion...which is what we should aim for here.
