If you keep on saying certain green energy forms aren't viable from an economic point of view, what price are you putting on our environment?

The way we frame economic viability often depends on the timeframe and what we’re choosing to prioritize.

Short-term costs can make some renewable energy sources seem expensive compared to fossil fuels, but when you factor in the long-term environmental damage, healthcare costs from pollution, and the geopolitical instability tied to fossil fuel dependence, the equation starts to shift dramatically.

If we only consider financial costs without accounting for the destruction of ecosystems, loss of biodiversity, and the worsening climate crises, then we’re essentially assigning a value of zero to those aspects. That’s obviously not realistic, because the true cost of environmental degradation is far greater than any short-term financial savings.
