China will end up with so much energy, especially if better efficiencies come, that their power will be cheap. Cheap power will always attract industries. I do not think Trump understands that real reductions in overheads is way better than politically manipulated strokes of the pen. Andrew Forrest does. The reduction in diesel fuel bills will be permanent.
