Do you know how often that phenomenon occurs? Is it statistically significant? You'd also have to factor other late breaking news powerful occurrence parameters into the equation (e.g. tariff announcements....IO price declines etc).

I might have to get out of the lazy chair, do some observing and collate the info......thanks to both of you for bringing that phenomenon to our attention.....It's easy to be super slack on timing transactions .....Once a decision is made, I tend to jump in first thing in the morning.....dumb!
