Just a quick point on the trucks, firstly it was the one of oldest truck in the fleet, not a brand new one, it's really just rip out the deisel engine plus fuel tank, replace with fuel cell, fuel tank and battery. Actually very straight forward... $500k would mostly be in labour.
most of our trucks are quite old now, due for replacement in the next NINE years, so it's not like we're throwing out new trucks, just replacing end of life diesel with newer green trucks.
we need to spend a billion on new trucks anyway, might as well go green.
