I wonder how many items are being ticked off the current "Feasibility Phase" now that we're getting close to half year with the project "construction phase" to begin in 2025?
The KBR contract might provide a hint of how quick things might be moving towards the penultimate stage and to hopefully Final Investment Decision.
"Fortescue is working towards a schedule of starting formal construction activities in 2025, subject to receiving all necessary approvals and permits (including a Final Investment Decision by the Fortescue Board), and expects to be operational in 2027."
