Here are my thoughts on recent movements.
* Fortescue have held meetings with investors in New York, London and across Australia.
* Fortescue are working on a good number of projects to take to a Final Investment Decision. They are finalising approvals and procuring power agreements. They are in advanced discussions with offtake partners, including in Asia, and are also in advanced discussion with Governments in Australia and around the world about project funding.
* Fortescue have projects in the United States, Norway, Kenya, Brazil and Australia.
* Re the Gibson Island project, the CEO highlighted in the video below that they will reach FID in the November time in the next board meeting. Note, 21 November 2023, Annual General Meeting. They've already got banks lined up & offtakers.
