I'm a holder and I agree it's probably overvalued. But I think having a working model, government support in the form of the Fremantle Smart City project, partnership with Tech Mahindra in India & a Thai power company connection (supposedly) has a lot of people bullish that there is actually substance here to the tech and implementation of it. You don't get that with a lot of crypto's.
Time will tell if they deliver.
