From memory the plant will be complete up to commissioning by the end 1@ 2008. Just wondering how many surprises they will have trying to commission the plant and entire system. I know PDN have now been production for a considerable time and still struggling with their plant process.

I am still expecting some bad news, another delay to be issued to the market. The shorters still seem very confidant. There are still over 800k shorters out there.
