I have heard people talk about a 200 kw power station and a 400...

I have heard people talk about a 200 kw power station and a 400 kw plant and also a small plant to run the site. Are we talking 3 different power plants. If the small one will run the UCG site and the 400 kw will power 400,000 homes then where does the 200 kw plant come into play?

On an other note if CXY now has a management team does this mean we are close to a major investor, I can't see any other reason for this to happen at this stage?
