THey said Power is main issue and looking at options , do not know th efigure need about 30mW ; Did some investigation - Plant could cost approx 70mln ;


Disalination plant is lesser of the issue but still a stumbling block ;


Resources still need to be defined first ;

This is a long term shot ;
Many items still not clear Resources ; Port(150mln) ; Power ( approx 70mln?); Water;
