Jkl, I'd recommend further research. I'm not going to post a clarifying mini novella in response to your post, but I would say read the last 6 months of TNG announcements and see who is sniffing around and who has signed MOU and LOI.
You are fortunate to have stumbled across TNG now, but you don't and probably won't believe that which is fair enough. I believe it is your loss. Good luck yourself with those companies, I think we have all had our share of under performers.
