You can't have it all, houses only have so much roof space, so you either run the house on solar or run the car (The Telsa batteries are 60 or 85kwh so they will take a fair dent out of even a big solar system).
As for business (and that is the space where ERM plays after all) I reckon it is a good chance that any car that is being driven for work will be charged at work, as will the electric cars of any employees who can get away with it.
I'm not saying this stock is good or bad, I'm still on the fence, but I can't say I have seen much large scale uptake of solar in the business community (other than say some SMSF that have decided to buy the premises in which they operate) and I can't see why a business would choose to deploy capital to solar when they should be making bigger returns deploying the capital in the business.
