This is an issue with JIN. Their revenue generation is beholden to jackpot activity.
By their definition of large jackpots ($15m or greater) they are well behind the numbers from Jan-Jun and Jul-Dec last year for the current 6 months. Oz Lotto has been particularly underperforming with not many large jackpots.
JIN is a bit cyclical to jackpots like mining companies are with changes in resource prices.
They really need to get these charity lottories they are signing up intergrated ASAP to diversify their revenue source and become less dependant on jackpot cycle. I find it odd that these intergrations take as long as they do.
First contract was announced late 2018 and it won't be fully operating until June 2020.
