Hi all, just looking over Ausdrill again I held them a while ago and enjoyed the divvies and growth.
From their website:
Last years div 11c = 8.9% yield. 14c would put it around 11%. Fully franked too so must be one of the best yielders around.
EPS 22c = PER around 5.5% compared to peers average 10.8% so good upside potential there. EPS set to increase 20-30%
Director bought 8.3mill shares on 11th Sept @$2.50 - twice the price it's trading at now.
Shareprice however in steep downtrend since MAH sold out followed by hedge fund selling.
Any reasons why the price has been hammered so much? Contracts are with large co's and should be locked in.
Seems like a good time to wade back in again - for the dividends and hopefully growth.
