I think the reason why share price was down is because of poor guidance for the next financial year. 26-27m NPAT is hardly any growth. They also facing intense competition in PDL acquaisitions so margins are getting squeezed. I think moving offshore can be either seen as a desperate move to grow profits and is a signal of high competition in PDL domestically. I usually have my doubts about overseas ventures also cause i think an overseas company rarely does better than the locals. Time will see i guess. I'll still hold for now at these prices $6 is reasonable..
