Adding to Kiwoz48 excellent post, the loan stuff is actually complementing their service, they hit two bird with one stone.
What happen with debt is people either pay off on a regular basis or consolidate their debt to a third party, they pay up the lump sum to debt collector you make the repayment to third party till your debt is clear.
CCP can do the lot for them, get debt repayment as well as a loan lump sum for them to pay off their debt and charge interest on the loan :-) two business one client..
and dont sell yourself short being fearful of some comments, look at the number they speak the truth..
at Jun 11 they have 77,000 prepayment account, I did a quick calculation based on the number in the presentation each account average $1000 collection
June 12 they have 90,000 account with an extra 100,000 account on book to chase and add to that number
you looking at minimum 90 Million bucks coming in there.
The number they gave is conservative at best...look out for Feb 13 surprise
