I want to say “Cath is a top Sheila”, and she seems to be but that’s irrelevant to her position in Far.
She could be a one eyed, club footed, non discriminate tanned person, with a fetish for bridges and ginger cats but how would that change what she has done with our company?
As a sometimes smart person but more often “ not so smart” person, I don’t get surprised by females being good at anything!
I don’t even get surprised by blokes being switched on!
I definitely don’t get surprised by people who think that other people’s gender can stop them from being good at business.
PS my kids and other rugrats, do surprise me all the time!!!
They beggar belief, and keep me astounded and in awe, everyday.
