powerhouse energy

Not sure if anyone has read the Interim Results of Powerhouse Energy released on the 9th of October but Linc has transferred all its rights under a convertible loan agreement to Hillgrove Investments Pty Ltd. A company search on Hillgrove shows this is a company where its single director and shareholder is Peter Bond.

I don't see where there was any annoucnement on this nor any approval sought from shareholders, which I would have thought would be required as it is a related party transaction.

Is anyone else aware of this?
