we're pretty hard pressed to find another REIT as undervalued, and relative health.
I hold BJT on fundementals, they actually have the same level of debts, and assets as MDT, but with an int cover of 3.7 times, hence they are trading at less of a discount, NTA 1.75. distributions around 6 for the half.
So crew, looking for the best of the rest, but every time i venture in their performance, leases, LTV breaches, i kind of have a little difficulty making a case for them.
Can i get some comments, on what other REITs posters are holding along with MDT, looking for some direction.
MIX look interesting, but the int cover is only 2.11, but, no loan covenants on 97% of debts, which is good, but the industrial space in US, sense they think it deteriating.
